Minimum Requirements:

Qualifications:

Grade 12 (Std 10) or N3 with Mathematics and

Physical science

Experience:

Minimum of one (1) year plant relevant process experience and knowledge

Ideal Requirements:

·       Computer literate on Foskor maintenance system, Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel.

·       Certificate in Production/operations and Productivity Management

Ideal Experience:

·       Minimum 18 months and more plant relevant process experience /knowledge

·       Ensure efficient shift handovers

·       Establish process start-up conditions

·       Maintain section and equipment within parameters

·       Ensure effective communication of equipment condition

·       Ensure effective response to abnormal process conditions

·       Ensure effective response to incidents, hazards and emergencies.

·       Carry out plant inspections

·       Ensure effective maintenance coordination

·       Ensure effective administration

·       Ensure adherence to safety, health and environment standards and procedures

·       Relieve in all positions on the plant
